Information you choose to provide

The consultation form collects your name, email address, business or organization, selected service or founding-producer launch interest, meeting preference, and message. Joining the interest list does not create a membership, enroll a producer, reserve a profile, or authorize a payment. Downloading a free resource collects your email address so the PDF can be delivered to you, and you may unsubscribe from resource updates at any time. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, health records, passwords, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information through this form.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, communicate about potential services, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and protect the website. It is not sold. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.

Service providers

Form submissions are transmitted to and processed by Formspree. Resource-download email addresses are posted to a private Google Sheet via Google Apps Script; that spreadsheet is not public. Website usage and conversion events are processed by Google Analytics. GitHub Pages hosts the website. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics

Google Analytics helps measure page visits, article engagement, contact actions, and successfully delivered inquiries. The website does not intentionally send form names, email addresses, message contents, or other inquiry text to Google Analytics.

Retention and confidentiality

Inquiry records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then securely deleted where practical. Confidentiality obligations for a client engagement should also be stated in the applicable written agreement.

Your choices

You may use direct email or phone contact instead of the website form. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to identity verification and any records that must be retained for legitimate or legal reasons.
